Event Description

The 2019 Business Professionals of America National Leadership Conference took center stage at the Anaheim Convention Center where thousands of students from across the country came together to compete by showcasing their business skills while also developing leadership ingenuity. Capping off the week-long conference, Fuller Street was tasked with leading the production for an evening of entertainment to reward the conference guests. The night included live entertainment, food trucks, and several interactive elements. Technical design, equipment setup, and production management of the event were provided and managed by the Fuller Street team.

The Main Stage package included a 28' x 28' stage with guard rails that were filled with a full performance band, a cappella vocal group, and a live DJ throughout the night. Fuller Street provided all the sound amplification and backline band support. This included: Main PA system, subs, stage monitors, microphones, stands, cables, wireless microphone systems, audio control console, and audio technicians.

Additionally, we provided sound amplification throughout the Anaheim Grand Plaza using delay towers to fill the space with the DJ and band performance audio. When it came to lighting the 500-foot outdoor Grand Plaza, Fuller Street conveyed brilliance. Our pro lighting designers included market light festoons to run across the length of the entire plaza. This added an atmosphere of ambient lighting for the space.

Throughout the plaza, our client established several interactive activations. We provided focused lighting and area wash lighting over the spaces and entertainment pop up areas to help the competition and fun continue into the night. For the main stage, our lighting package included several static and smart LED fixtures, along with conventional fixtures. It also included the lighting control console, designer, and technician.

Once again Fuller Street was able to take the vision of our client from a phone call to an unforgettable experience that has set a standard for the young business professionals of the future.
